14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
