Refund policy

<p>We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.</p><p>If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.</p><p>To start a return, email customercare.brace@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.</p><p>Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.</p>
